I desperately needed to do a return at the JCPenney this morning so there I was fresh and early at 8am. After pulling and tugging on the door (who the fuck locks their customers out?) I was then rudely told by an employee (Who was promtly let in???) That they don't open until 10. YOU'RE HERE AINT YOU??? So anyways while I waited for TWO HOURS I went to the starbucks inside the Target next door. Another rude ass septum wearing barista covered in inappropriate tattoos mispelling my name. And then my Hot White Chocolate Mocha with Extra Whip and Caramel was made WAY too HOT!!!! UGH!!!!! After complaining they gave me a 10$ gift card which is fine. Then I get to the JCPenney right at 10am (somehow I ended up 2nd in line, so I guess they let SOMEONE in early) I then get told I can't return my item without a recipt. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. So Now I have spent the last 2 hours calling JCP corporate trying to get the following people fired: Tasha - Did not take my return John - Did not let me in 2 hours early Steven - Let in John Frankie - Made my coffee too hot Stacie - Looked at me funny What happened to the Customer is always right?
I was out shopping with my daughter Flalayleigh and she wanted a set of paint markers. Posco or some fancy brand, who cares! Appearently a LOT of people care about them because they only had PICTURES of the markers hanging up, what has this world come to? She picks out her PICTURE of markers and what not and we check out at the self check out, then I go up to the worker lady and ask her for the real markers, and wouldn't you know it, they are out! ITS RIGHT AFTER CHRISTMAS, PEOPLE WANT TO SHOP? LET'S GET THIS SHIT IN STOCK ALREADY?!?! My screams to the worker lady clearly had no effect on the supply chain, ugh. Meanwhile, after multiple calls to the corporate office and leaving a lot of emails and voicemails, they finally compensate me for my troubles with a 15% off coupon. 15% off???? That won't even get me a single artist loft brush????? Ridiculous. After I use that 15% off coupon and this 20% off coupon I got in the mail today, I am NEVER shopping at Michael's again!
