I got diagnosed bc I watched Crazy ex girlfriend with my Psychologist best friend and we got to the season where she gets diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and my friend was staring at my several times during the viewing and eventually she said 'hey, does this feel relatable to you?' Obviously like it wasn't entirely relatable because it was a fucking tv show but like largely!!! it did. We then talked about it and she was like haha go get therapy bestie I cannot diagnose you but this is like watching you. so if you ever need to know what I was like at 22 go watch Crazy Ex Girlfriend
