And settle it they did as Dakota won the Ascender duel, sending KittyCupcake packing. 12 are left, who will lose the duel today?" Episode 9 opens with the cast coming back from the Dakota Duel win. At the Pole Dance challenge: In two teams of six, consisting of three people from each group, competitors must work together to retrieve a flag attached to the top of their respective pole, both of which are lathered in grease. The first to team to have their flag proceeds with the challenge. The remaining six competitors will race across sand dunes, a water pit, and multiple tarps that have been greased. At the end of the race is one flag for each group. The first person from each group to grab their flag wins. Team 1 is Coke, Dakota, Fiona, Josh, Luna and Rainolds Team 2 is AngieKStan, JessieJedi, Sankey, Space, TheBreeze and Yoon During part 1 of the challenge, Yoon continually messes up for team 2, costing them the win and making Yoon even more of a pariah. Yoon: "At this point I know I'm likely going in, and I'm the smallest person left here, I'm not built to outmuscle these people." At Part 2 of the challenge, Coke dominates while Luna and Dakota battle for the win with Dakota coming out on top. DakotaMagic wins a kicker complete audio system. Episode 10: The Challenge is Dine-N-Dash In two teams of five, consisting of three people from the dueling group and two from the other group, everybody is individually weighed except for the person who is not picked for either team. After being weighed, competitors have twenty minutes to eat as much food as possible from an array of local foods. The team with the most weight gained continues with the challenge. The remaining five competitors must race to collect ten flags, each on separate poles that are sequentially further and further away. Competitors must run to the closest pole to grab a flag, return it to their basket, then run to the next closest pole, and so on. The first person from each group to collect all ten flags wins. Rainolds isn't picked and doesn't get to participate. Rainolds: "What a load of bull, I deserve to play in this challenge and they just won't even let me try." Team 1: AngieKStan, Fiona, JessieJedi, Sankey and TheBreeze Team 2: Coke, Dakota, Josh, Luna and Yoon Team 1 wins, doubling team 2's kilograms. At Part 2, TheBreeze takes an early lead but gasses out as Sankey does a better job at energy management, pulling ahead in the last half to win the prize. Whoever lets go first loses the duel and is eliminated. The other wins. GO! Luna immediately tries to outmuscle Yoon, but Yoon comes up with a better strategy to get a better grip and while Luna keeps tugging on the pole, Yoon waits for the right time when Luna pulls back and yanks it away, winning in 50 seconds. The cast is shocked to see Yoon actually win the Duel. Yoon: "YEAH, HOWS THAT TASTE?" Yoon flips off the cast Yoon wins the duel and an Xbox Series X Luna, you have been eliminated from The Duel, we'd love to see you back for another season. I’m shocked to see a new *t-word*. Had the itch a few months ago and saw it was down. Decided to check and see if it was back up, and after a bit of googling, a Reddit post led me to this site. Hope all my friends and enemies are doing well if they are on this site! I kind of fell off like 3-4 years ago and lost contact with literally everyone. I wanted to hard core focus on my life and future since the internet was honestly consuming it. I’m def out of my chaotic, extra af, and drama phase, and a lot more chill…with a bit of raging Arab fire at times. If any of my old friends are on this site message me! Can’t tell who is who with usernames minus a few handful. I honestly won’t be invested on here much because the game bot drama era is def a closed chapter in my life that I’m not reopening, but would love to catch up when I pop up and see where old friends are in life. Celebrities: The Inversion It has been a while since we last had a new edition of this classic game that so many of us love. I know the moderation team is probably already preparing something great for future editions, but I would like to leave this suggestion here. A new idea can always be improved and turned into something special for our community. In this format, the main proposal is to invert the power of decision, which is currently in the hands of the audience. Here, we combine the power of the public with the strength of the social game inside the house, creating more complex strategies, important alliances, and unpredictable eliminations. How the format works The game starts with all participants confined as usual in the Celebrities format. Instead of the players themselves choosing the nominees, a daily public vote will be opened with all participants so the audience can select 2 or 3 players for the block. When the public vote ends, the house participants will have 12 hours to vote among the nominees and decide who will be eliminated. In other words, the public decides who is at risk, but the players decide who actually leaves. While the participants are voting to eliminate, a new public vote is already opened for the audience to choose the next day’s nominees. This way, the game never stops. Why is this format different? The public actively participates every single day. The social game inside the house becomes essential. Alliances become more important than popularity. Strong players outside the house can fall if they do not have a solid social game. It is not enough to be liked by the public, you must survive the alliances. After the two or three finalists are defined, the eliminated participants, from a previously established point in the game, will be responsible for choosing the winner. In this way, the social game becomes the main key of this inversion. Goal of the Event To create a Celebrities edition that is more fair, more strategic, with greater public participation, and with eliminations based on relationships, alliances, and social gameplay. November 9th: First day since October 7th where no fast game awarded 10 or 6 Points. This remained the case up to and including the 14th. And then the 26th for some reason. November 13th: Nenalala Toned by Thiii 39-36. November 17th: The daily winner methodology clearly lays out that there may only be 1 tiebreaker per day either for 1st or for 2nd. As such, Kemi's success and 3 points in the 27-27-27 tiebreaker against JashTheJash and Connor tied Kemi with matcha's 30 earning both a daily win immediately. This will in the future be considered a Double Tie. It had been almost 2 months since the previous day to end with a tie: September 27th. November 18th: With both Frenzy and Arena being played 13 times each, this was the first time Arena was worth 10 points and in so doing became the only fast game to have been worth every possible point total. To date, Race has never awarded more than 7 and Frenzy has never awarded 6. Update: Early into December, Race now has awarded all but 10 points in its history.
