MotheFarts Banana Bread (So easy and delish <3) Ingredients: - 4 ripe bananas, mashed - 1/2 cup (115g) butter, melted - 3/4 to 1 cup (150–200g) brown sugar (adjust to your sweetness preference) - 2 eggs - 1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour - 1 tsp baking soda - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp cinnamon - 2 tbsp maple syrup Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with some buttttta. 1) In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth 2) Stir in the melted butter, then mix in the brown sugar, eggs, and maple syrup 3) In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. 4) Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until just combined (don’t overmix). 5) Fold in any optional add-ins like nuts or chocolate chips. 6) Pour batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top. 7) Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 8) Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
