SIN 1. when you sign up for the website, add a disclaimer to newbies that it is a GOOD idea to have discord. 2. In Frenzy, make it so you can opt out of HOH or POV for that week. Just like in real big brother you can sit out when you are in a real good place in the house and don't want to ruffle feathers. It doesn't even have to be 0% chance, just decreased (people who throw have accidentally won before, like Caleb and Frankie in BB16) 3. In Arena, when you click join arena, have an option of the 3 game types you can play and allow us to CHOOSE which one. A separate lobby will appear for whatever you choose. This way people who join wanting to play weakest link, or wanting to play normal, will actually get to play those modes. I feel this is way more newbie friendly and friendly to those who are not good at comps. Wait times will get longer, but I feel it is for the better. SIN

Established friendships are a threat for newbies but i've seen them flourish even now on frenzy. Arena was one of TWO newbie friendly game modes on the website, and in the last month it was comp-ified.
