For once is genuinley such a nice feeling, boiler wasn't working when we moved in and the toilet seat was broken (snapped hinge) less than a week and both have been repaired , and the landlord himself showed up to make sure the engineers sorted the boiler 😅 After years of dog shit awful landlords its such a nice change of pace
