Beaver Royalty is where, again, if you win a POV, you cannot be nominated. The only options for nominees are those 3 at the bottom, the current POV chooses. BUT, if one of those 3 at the bottom already won a POV, then the 3rd option shifts up to the next person in line who hasn't won a POV.
