I really do despise
when people bracket introversion and shyness together. It's the biggest misconstrued thing, being Introverted / Reserved is not the same as being shy.

This is why it took me so long to get diagnosed with social anxiety as a kid bc they thought I’d grow out of my shyness
jessiejedi It's honestly disgusting how inconsequential medical professionals treat women's mental and medical health. I feel men get far more help and get less judged for reaching out for help.
