I have had this same thought, but I do think that by having all the comps once per game every game it would make the games all feel much more similar. I think by having it be random it gives players who have a weak comp a chance to still win by not getting that comp in a certain game. Flops side, if they only have one great comp and get that one a bunch it gives them a shot too. This maybe works if there are like 20 comps total so a game with 10 rounds still has a different feel every time, but until then I like random better. Maybe a limit of 2 times per game, maybe 3? IDK

Simply putting all the comps instead of the rotation would solve this issue but still make it random
