I have this coworker

Who is really annoying and he also has been on the team for like two years now and he still has no idea what he’s doing or what’s going on. I was getting really pissed off by him because all he ever did was make mistakes that would end up taking me hours to correct. He even once sent an email to the CFO of our 10,000 person company that was completely gibberish and made no sense, riddled with typos and stuff. I found out that he makes 25k less than me annually and I feel a lot better now. I told him how much I make and now he’s really pissed off because he feels like he deserves more since he has 6 months more professional experience than I do lmao. I can empathize because I know how I’d feel if I were in his shoes but he is truly useless and honestly he’s lucky he still has a job, that’s how bad he is.
