It makes me sad to think about Nikki Grahame - [TW]

Nikki Grahame's death always makes me so sad, she was a national treasure. I've battled with an eating disorder for 16 years so I know what she was going through and It's awful and isolating. I watched her documentary about her life recently because it was randomly on television. It's extremely true when you have any kind of psychological disorder you lose out on a lot of your childhood and you don't develop the same social development as other people your age due to being institutionalized and people often treat you dissimiliar to them due to coming across as " unusual or different " I feel this is a experience you wouldn't really understand unless you've been through this but It's a very isolating one. It's sad her 5th year anniversary just came up which made me think of this, I can't believe It's been this long already. She was a complete legend and one of a kind and I miss seeing her on our screens.
