S TIER 1: Hysteria- Big Brother is my favorite TV Show and the one that I want to be on eventually, and this is the closest match. It's such a blast, especially when you have a full lobby of active players. My only suggestion would be to make the lobbies bigger (13-16!), this is a game mode that I wouldn't mind being a little longer as a result. 2: Race- Always a ton of fun, and it gives me the opportunity to meet as many new people as possible too! It's statistically my best format (4 out of my 5 wins) and I'm not a complete nuke on the comps anymore 3: Arena (Golden Star)- By FAR the best Arena format, because it adds a social aspect in addition to being good at comps A TIER 4: Frenzy- Simple, being most people's first game on the site. Another BB-like game just without the comps. Only reason it's not S is because of how many inacs fill the lobbies, and with completely randomized comps that can make for some long painful game (Sin is it too much to ask to put in the algo to stop giving inacs, i.e players with a "last seen" time greater than 0, a comp win?) B TIER 5: Arena (Safety Chain)- Can be S tier or F tier entirely dependent on the lobby. If everyone is into it, it can be an absolute blast. But it does take a while and a lot of people check out entirely when seeing that safety chain was picked. It's very over-hated in my opinion. 6: Outcasted- To be honest, I'm better at the short term games. And in Outcasted you are reliant on Discord, which isn't a problem, but if you're not active RIGHT off the jump good fucking luck. In every Outcasted I've played besides one first boot, I got eliminated simply because I was one of the last ones outside of a majority alliance that steamrolls the game. Skill issue? Probably. Maybe a slight increase on idol chance, or more advantages in general, and this mode can really tee off. Make more twists!! Things like that because it's really rare for an Outcasted game to NOT end in a steamroll 7: Royale- This mode should be a lot higher. But lately it's become a giant headache. The same people run each game and it gets annoying. Half the lobby stays still for the whole game too. I haven't played Royale in a while because I don't feel motivated to check in on it D TIER (yes we skipped C) 8: Arena (Weakest Link) - It's Golden Star without the POV. So Objectively worse in every way. If you're that hellbent on a "Don't get last place" mode just play Race. 9: Arena (Standard) - The only reason this isn't in F tier is because sometimes, SOMETIMES, people will come up with their own game modes when this is drawn. Vengeance, for example. But if not, buckle up for a LONG night Let me know what y'all think!

I have loudly been someone asking for more events on Kovaze. In the early days of the website the event games were always my favorite. My very first game was a special 20 person frenzy, in which I got 20th. Brxanne was hating bad. So when this tournament had sign ups I knew I had to do it! I signed up, or so I thought. I filled out the form I know this, but apparently it never submitted. Melanie contacted me to play and I was down, although I had plans for my birthday this weekend so I was hoping I’d be able to make the timeframes. Later that day I got the follow up ask to be a captain. Of course I accepted the call I’m the Nany of Kovaze. The draft was a snake draft and I got a favorable position at 9. The draft pool was a bit top heavy, and it was clear the other captains were going to pick the best of the best and or their friends. My strategy in picking my team was to go for the UTR players which is why muribolt & RobbieRIOT were my first chosen. I needed my solid core that I could trust to lead a duo. Following up with BIGBRYY99 another strong scorer and sobriquet who I have good communication with in strategizing. With these four players selected I felt safe to pick some of my closest friends in the available draft pool being Justini Jane Dimitra & Fiji. There were others I wanted in this stretch of the draft that were taken. Drafting was tough! With the last of the pool available I went with bubba & NicoRobin two users who have always been very kind to me or make me laugh a lot. With our team assembled I felt great. Everyone else seemed to be happy too and I was liking our morale. The toughest part about being a captain was selecting the racing pairs. Of course not everyone can make every time. Balancing that fact with the differing competition abilities was tough, but I feel I did a great job and set our team up for success that every duo that raced could comfortably make it to the Top 5. My goal for my team was to just make that halfway point. Points are points and we will spend every last dollar if we need too. Over the 12 races we were able to get 3rd 3x, 2nd 2x and 1st 2x thanks to the LEGEND and MVP BIGBRYY99. What a steal of a third round pick. I won’t say much more because this is long and it’s like girl get on with it, but I am extremely happy to have won. Hello, Kovazia, and good evening. We are 1 game (and a rerace) away from the end of the second Kovaze Race tournament, and it is TIGHT. Here's a quick debrief on the standings. - RACE FOR THE GOLD MEDAL - KOVAZE INFLUENCERS VS TEAM (H)EVAN 1st - Team 9 (Kovaze Influencers) - 84 points 2nd - Team 7 (Team (H)evan) - 83 points These two teams have been on top since Night 1, and they haven't let their feet off the gas yet. With only 1 race left to truly shake up the standings, both teams know they have to beat the other to take the win. Captain AngieKStan of the Kovaze Influencers has brought nothing but good vibes and support, consistently praising her team and coordinating transport constantly to help them out. "Being selected for the Race Tournament as a captain was a true honor," Angie states. "I think most people that have raced with me know that while I’m not an a scorer, I know my way around transport and am a consistent partner. I went into the draft picking players that have been kind to me and make me happy! I think our team dynamic and energy was always positive which helped us out a lot. We knew not every race would be a win, but we tried to make it as far as we could everytime. I loved all the members of my team before this tournament and now have even more respect and admiration for them. Team 9 you rock. Going into this final race with my best friend who i joined this website with feels like a victory lap, regardless of the outcome. We proved a lot of you wrong." Crunching numbers, setting strict goals, and making sure his team is always set up for success has been his route, and it's led to a well-oiled team that is both goal oriented and extremely supportive. "They've been active, open to coaching, and have the common sense that I think is the reason why we're in a position to end at the top of the leaderboard." - LEADERBOARD STANDINGS 3rd - Team 3 (Cloud 11) - 75 points Captained by Lover, Cloud 11 has remained fairly consistent in games, placing in the top 5 in almost all of their race games and netting a solid amount of points with each race. Although their chances of winning the entire thing are slim, there's still a chance for them to take the gold, if not medal overall. 4th - Team 5 (Angel Wings) - 70 points Also known as JTee's Angels, this team has had a rough go around this tournament. At first, they were scoring poorly, with one of their teams causing a giant mishap due to one of the members not showing up. However, they turned things around Day 2 and won THREE races, boosting their standings in the race heavily. Now? It's up to their final representatives to try to get them a bronze medal. But their comeback this race is not to be understated. 5th - Team 6 (Naughty Nachos) - 69 points Captained by NaughtyNacho, this team has also remained consistent in their games. Captain Tylor has done a great job in giving courage, hope, and strength to his team, from the most experienced veterans to the rookiest of rookies. He hopes to land his team a medal today, but if not, he's happy with the journey the team has taken. 6th - Team 2 (The Blueprint) - 65 points Captained by Connor, the Blueprint held the blueprint to the race tournament gold by the end of Day 1; unfortunately, a series of middling placements in the subsequent races knocked the crown off their heads. With a recent 2nd place boosting their scores, it's about salvaging what they can and moving forward for a high finish. 7th - Team 8 (Team Ate) - 59 points Captained by Glaceon, this team was slated to win (or at least place high) after Game 5. Then, their captain vanished. Without him to fill the leadership position, team member Mittens quickly stepped up as a co-captain to fill the void (and the scheduling conflicts). Unfortunately, it wasn't enough to salvage the team, and they've been cascading down ever since. Will this last race give them any type of saving grace? 8th - Team 1 (Pink Velvet) - 53 points Captained by Ralts023, this team has seen both the pretty pinks and the clashing velvets this race tournament. From a soaring win to crushing defeats, Pink Velvet has seen every placement and the sun. Their track record reflects their journey in this race, constantly bouncing from high highs to low lows. But through it all, Captain Ralts has kept a level head and properly led his team through it all. Let's see if they finish with the red carpet at their feet, or with their dedication lost. 9th - Team 4 (Dino's Angels) - 43 points Captained by dino, Dino's Angels have had one of the bumpiest rides out of every team in this tournament. They were underestimated from the start, but shocked the world by pulling off a win at the first game to their captain and Cristi. From there, it's been a series of low placements, back to back to back. What will it be for Dino's Angels on game 11? A soaring victory, or crushing defeat? 10th - Team 10 (The Dream Team) - 37 points This team has been anything but the dream team. After two poor starts, team 10 was hoping to have a turnaround in Game 3. However, a poor judgement call (by yours truly) led to the bradi fiasco, which hit them the hardest -- it caused them to miss out on a ticket and get 8th. This completely demotivated many of the members of Team 10, and their team captain Dream, alongside Jaded, decided to withdraw from the race. KaliMinaj chose to step up as the new team captain, and while Team 10 is running on fumes at this point, they're still here, still fighting, still kicking. A win may not be in the horizon for them, but they have one more chance to prove why they could've been The Dream Team. Well, there you are - the standings for Race Tournament #2. Tune into the final race game at 7 PM KVT to see which teams come out on top, and which team will take the gold medal for the tournament!

Even though Team 8 was an absolute disaster, I had a lot of fun in the race tournament! I do hope that sin allows for events like this to continue (and hopefully more frequently?). Obviously not everything is gonna be smooth, but with a little more start-up time and some refinements, I think the next race tourney will be great.
