Clarification on Design Theft rules
Re-uploading designs posted by another user is not allowed. If a design is deemed too similar, it may also be in violation of this rule, regardless of whether an external reference was used or not. Moderation will assume ownership to the user that uploaded the design first. The method used to create the designs will not be relevant when enforcing this rule.
As an example, these designs are too similar.

Example here first link is mine (posted first) second link is Foox (posted second). They are similar concept and style, would these be considered too similar? Personally, I prefer the Foox version more and would never report this instance. But I could see how some (similar to Stayc's blog) would say this is too similar / "copying". I highly double Foox even knew my version of this design existed a month prior, and would not expect her to be searching for similar designs first before creating one. Could we get a response to Stayc's blog too? I own both of the up-do hairs she blogged about, and I love both! I dont find them "too similar" at all personally, and wear them both on multiple occasions. I just dont want designers limited because there are tons of different art and editing styles out there that makes things look different. Thank you for clarifying, webmaster !!
