it's funny
Because there are a lot of blogs complaining about bad race partners, and I see people in my group chats do it too. But everytime I am eliminated in a race and it's because of my score (so you know, 90%) I send my partner a mail apologizing, and they are all always so nice and friendly and tell me it's okay.
So like, maybe the problem is bad attitudes, not people who are doing their best and just aren't very good at challenges yet.

I also try to apologize and see so many hostile blogs about bad scores, I'm done doing it tbh

I did apologize to people before, did you think that for some people that doesn't matter and they are still toxic?
The only time I’ve had a poor experience with a partner is when they didn’t show up.
There was only one time I had a poor experience with a race partner and it wasn't even that bad

if they are inactive i would be upset and say something, but if they just suck then i would feel bad being rude about it

1,000% I agree. All it matters though is being accountable for the bad score and apologize so they'll be ok!
