The Challenge Rankings: Part 1

If it hasn't become apparent yet, I like lists lol. I have made lists ranking most of my favorite Reality Shows. I've been watching these shows since around the age of 6, so about 27 years now. This list was by far the hardest because this show has been around for so longgggg. I tried my best for this one because the first 9 seasons are only on shitty YouTube videos with horrible quality. I also included the CBS versions and the All-Stars seasons because they are canon. 49. Season 4(Extreme Challenge): So a lot of these early seasons are just bad. This is the worst because the challenges are horrible, the cast was really bad and boring which is almost impossible for this show. 48. Season 9(Battle of the Sexes 2): Again this was just not a fun season to watch. Just a boring season, I also think my impression of the seasons is hurt by me watching them on YouTube. 47. Season 23(Battle of the Seasons 2012): When I do my watch through of the seasons, this is the first season I actively skip. I hated it when it came out, I hate it now, I'll always hate it. This is mainly on production because they chose the worst seasons to have represented and 85% were rookies. They should have scraped this idea when Key West and KellyAnne's season declined. 46. Season 1(Road Rules All-Stars): This just is bad, it's not the challenge. It's literally just an all star season of Road Rules. Brownie points to being what led to what the show became. 45. Season 37(Spies, Lies, and Allies): This season sucked on so many levels. The theme was so stupid, the twist was so annoyingly dumb. I don't think even the producers cared about this season. 44. Season 2(Real World/Road Rules Challenge): This was the first real season of what would turn into the challenge. They were still figuring out how to make this show, so it's very clunky and just hard to watch. 43. Season 6(Battle of the Sexes): There's a reason there were only 2 of these and they were both in the first 10 seasons. The concept is just bad, but man there were so many quits this season too. The men also always won these seasons which sucked because they were the least interesting. 42. Season 16(The Island): This probably should be the worst, but gets saved due to other seasons being boring. On a show called THE CHALLENGE, they didn't have any challenges. The misogynistic aspects of this season were so bad it made the show unwatchable. This was the height of Johnny being labeled a disgusting pigs. Yay for Evelyn and Derrick though. 41. Season 3(Challenge 2000): I told you this show has been around forever. The actual challenges were fun to watch, but that's it. Drama and gameplay were not great which made it another boring watch.
