Ghostly clowns radiating life

I know you all wait to hear a clown speak because you hope that each word it says will be its last. But the clown can speak even after death. The ghost of a dead clown haunts the land where the circus used to take place centuries after it is gone. Witches summon the spirit to create a balloon animal for them, but also to twist the bodies of their enemies as though they were one of the balloons.
