my mental health has been so so low lately

this is my favourite season of the year but i feel lately it comes with great sorrow and sadness, and ive been finding myself slipping back into my depression i know i am strong enough to combat this and i will do everything i can to get better but sorry if i seem off to anyone/in blogs, its not you its me and im trying my best
