Why do take out places

Give you SO MUCH RICE? I ordered Indian food for dinner, I got garlic naan and aloo gobi, and it came with a MASSIVE container of rice. I ate half my food and then put the rest in a Tupperware to take for lunch tomorrow to work, and even between the two meals I still have more than half the container of rice left!
