Diary of a Singer in Celebs - DAY 2

*taps mic* What’s up Kovaze I’m taking a break from voice lessons (I don’t need them) to fill you guys in on what’s happening in the #Celebrities house. Definitely an eventful day and if this were an edited episode your girl would have had like ten confessionals. I am driving home last night when I see a text from Bagel and before I could read it I was like, she’s about to tell me I got into Celebrities. I scurry home rush to add people on discord and expect Stars-like action with chats and names going out immediately…. I was surely mistaken. I’m in the middle of talking to Erika Casupanan about how bored I am when I start hearing word that AMANDASINGS04 is officially the first name to be thrown out in Celebrities 5 as a target. I was honored, taken aback, and said okay let’s wake this up and play. It takes me about 4-5 hours to learn that three noms would go up, not 2. A rumor starts circulating that somebody outside the game messaged people about an alliance of 7 with Paoshley Nicky xojack dizzle Batya Maddie and Katie (which was debunked shortly after). I assume Batya threw my name out first (and I think I’m right) but was like idk if I want to go up in a poll against her if I’m choosing my opponent. I hadn’t talked to Jack at that point so I throw out his name for being part of the fake 7. People talk about nominating Death/Life who is then expelled, and camell’s name comes out from somewhere idk. I think I have to accept my fate that myself jack and camell will be the three noms due to the limit of one vote per person and three noms. As I’m complaining to production (Bagel) about how limiting the format can be and as I hear that not as many people are voting for or pushing me as I had once thought, the lightbulb goes off in my head: I probably only need three votes on somebody else to enter tie territory where I can hope I’m safe. I talk to a few trusted people, I make friends with some new people, and I determine that the easiest person to get a couple votes onto would be poor innocent Teej who was offline (this happened like between 1-2 AM EST). The plan is set and there are now four names as options to go up instead of only three. I make a late night scramble to see whose votes could go on Teej and it goes so well that I end up switching my vote back to Josh to avoid taking too many votes off him. I say good night I accept my fate and I expect to be nominated for 15th. I wake up and see THE PLAN WORKED and I AM SAFE!!!!!! I was one of if not the first counter of the game and was able to throw out TWO new names to get them on the block. Did I need help from the algo yes. Do I know who voted for me not yet. But hey let me be proud of myself for doing that one thing last night!!!!! Don’t get me wrong they ended up being nominated due to good work from other players but the names came from Amanda’s mouth to save herself and she’s safe today. I don’t know where today will take me, I don’t feel any sense of relief or security so I could still go up today for 14th. Five people are claiming to vote camell when he only got 3 votes so I have some investigation to do.
