WHERE ARE MY PRETZELS

This is the last time I order something from Amazon, I swear. It showed the driver in my neighborhood, said I was next, then the tracker said they TEMPORARILY LOST CONNECTION WITH THE DRIVER BUT MY STUFF IS ON THE WAY. ??? HE WAS A BLOCK AWAY? IT'S BEEN A HALF HOUR.
