Medusaluh it was literally just a screenshot of Nacho telling him to nom Lover/Hate and saying I hope you were with me like you swear you are. He doesn't reply. then nacho tells him hes super weird for that betrayal, and randy just replies '11th' and then nacho gets his ass.
