Outcast final speech
Aiden
“Outcast, outlast — and that’s exactly what I did, because I earned my spot here at the end. I made it all the way without winning a single immunity, and I still didn’t get a vote until Final 4. That alone shows how solid my game was. My opponent might’ve racked up immunities, but that’s not what decides the winner. And the one challenge I did win — Deal or No Deal — might’ve been luck, but I still played it smart. I made sure I knew everyone’s score before I played so I knew exactly what I needed.”
“And look, I’m not gonna pretend my opponent didn’t run parts of the game — he did, and everyone saw it. But it wasn’t just him. There were plenty of moments where we were both influencing things, even if it wasn’t obvious to everyone. And running the game isn’t the only way to win it. I survived the same game without a single immunity to protect me by using strategy, social play, and adapting to everything thrown at me. There’s more than one way to play, and my path was harder — and I still made it here.”
“I came into this season playing completely differently from my last Outcast game where I got backstabbed. I actually learned from that. I’ll admit it — I was a drama queen and paranoid this time, and yeah, I probably got on people’s nerves, but it didn’t stop me from getting here. The biggest change I made was not being the person who always threw names out first. Last season that got me in trouble. This time, I let people come to me with names, and that shift helped keep me safe.”
“When I joined and saw the cast, I already knew a lot of people, and that definitely gave me something to work with. Unfortunately, one of them wasn’t on my starting tribe, and after the tribe swap, my number one and that same friend ended up in the majority on the other tribe. I knew if we didn’t lose, they’d be on the chopping block, so I had to play around that to help keep them safe.”
“Because I had friends on both tribes, I was able to get information from the other side that even impressed my ally. That advantage helped me navigate a lot of decisions.”
“And speaking of my ally — I was the one who asked him to join this game with me. He was my number one from the start. If sticking with my number one ends up biting me in the ass, then so be it. At least I stayed true to that even if it meant burning other people along the way. And honestly, to be the best, you have to beat the best.”
“I stayed loyal where I could, I took risks when I had to, and I owned the moves I made. I wasn’t perfect, but I adapted, survived, and played the best version of my game. If you see the heart and the effort I put into this, then I hope you’ll consider voting for me KnowUh
“We never got to play together since you were on the other tribe, but I hope you can respect the game I played with no immunities and still made it here.”

“Unfortunately we lost that immunity challenge since you missed the challenge and we felt the fairest move at the time was to vote you out. And yes, we talked, but I’ll be honest — some of that was strategy on my end just in case something flipped and my name came up. No hard feelings, and I hope you can respect the game I played.”

“You were one of my friends who didn’t end up on my tribe, and I was really hoping we’d get to make up from last time since things didn’t go the best when I backstabbed you. I’m glad you forgave me and we became friends again. We definitely need to play more games together.”

“We literally enrolled at the same exact second and I was really hoping we’d end up on the same tribe and work together again. We got along so well in our other Outcast even though things didn’t work out for us there. Unfortunately, the alliance on that tribe already had the numbers, so it just didn’t play out the way I wanted.”

“The swap really screwed you over and you ended up on a tribe basically by yourself, which I did feel bad about. Unfortunately, you had to go, and that’s just how the numbers fell at the time. I honestly think you could’ve gone a lot farther if the swap didn’t mess things up, because you were clearly playing a solid game. It just sucked that timing and numbers weren’t on your side.”

“This is where the game started getting harder because we had to turn on our own alliance members. You were loyal to us, and I really do appreciate that, so I know your vote-out probably felt like a blindside. I mentioned that you were close with Akshay on the other tribe, and I worried that after merge you might flip. Because of that risk, we unfortunately had to vote you out.”

**“Where do I even begin? We have a whole history together in these Outcast games, so this was honestly one of the hardest situations for me. We worked together before, but in my last Outcast game you didn’t really have the best intentions for our alliance, and you were already trying to work with people outside of it. You even pushed for a final 3 with someone from the other alliance, and no matter what I said, you wouldn’t listen.
And the last time this happened, it screwed me over — the person you were trying to save ended up taking me out. I wasn’t willing to risk that again. Because of that, everyone — including me — was worried about what you might do this time.
I’m sorry things ended the way they did, and I really do hope you forgive me.”**

“You were on the other tribe from the very start, so we never really got the chance to talk or build an alliance in this game. But I do know you from the race games as my partner, and you always stuck up for me there, which I really appreciated.”

Akshay & Arikoman
**“Your votes are kind of linked because this was the point in the game where I was stuck in the middle. I had two friends pulling me in different directions: one wanted Akshay out, and the other wanted Arikoman out. I went with Goomy’s plan because I felt like I’d have a better chance of getting you both out back-to-back if Akshay went first.
I know it wasn’t the best jury management not talking to you both, but I didn’t want to lie or throw out names and have it come back on me. I also didn’t have anyone else I was ready to target yet, so I stayed quiet instead of making promises I couldn’t keep. It wasn’t personal — it was the safest move for me at that moment.”**

**“This was probably the hardest vote I’ve ever had to make, especially because we were friends. I got nervous because when I asked you for information, you didn’t really give me much of what I was asking for. And you never told me about the idol, which I don’t blame you for — I probably wouldn’t have either.
But I had to think about strategy too. I felt like you weren’t fully with me anymore, and I couldn’t move forward in the game without knowing who I could 100% rely on. That uncertainty scared me.
I also know the way I voted earlier with Goomy instead of how you wanted really upset you, and that made things even more tense. It wasn’t personal — it was me trying to keep myself in the safest spot I could.”**

“There’s honestly not much for me to say because we barely talked at all during the game. I feel like you didn’t really play as actively as others, and as harsh as it sounds, you were pretty lucky to end up in 5th place. I’m just being honest — I think some people who were more involved probably deserved to go further.”

**“At that point in the game it was literally between you and me, because Runners had immunity and Goomy was my number one ally — plus Runners was our solid number three. So the only options on the table were us two.
I fought to stay by getting Goomy to tie the vote and then winning the tiebreaker and the immunity. Even if luck played a part, it was still strategy — I had to make the move to survive.
It wasn’t personal at all. You’re a cool guy and we hardly talked as much as I wish we did. I really respected how you played.”**

Runaways
**“You were the person I played with the longest since we were always on the same tribe together. Goomy told me to trust you , and I’m really glad I listened. We worked really well together and I appreciate that a lot. I told you pretty much everything on Discord, and you were someone I genuinely felt I could rely on. I know at the end we were crashing a lot though
And I know I probably gave you a headache with my paranoia and 50 messages a minute, but you handled it like a champ.”**

Goomybear
**“You’ve been my number one since literally day 1. You were the person I trusted the most in this entire game. I asked you to join because I wanted someone I could actually rely on, and you proved I made the right choice.
We made every move together, talked through everything, and you were the only person I never doubted. Having you by my side made this whole game way less stressful than it could’ve been.
Even when things got messy, even when I was paranoid, even when I sent way too many messages — you never gave up on me.
If sticking with my number 1 ends up biting me in the ass, then at least I stayed true to it.”**
