Kovaze v1.12 - Release Notes (Kliques)

This surprise release brings with it the biggest addition to the site yet - a brand new social feature to bring you and your friends together. Introducing: Kliques! 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗞𝗹𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀? A Klique is a player-run social group designed to bring communities together on Kovaze. Whether it's to meet new people, build a team identity, or create a network of friends to compete alongside, Kliques give you a home! Klique leaders can gather donations and distribute it to other members in the Klique. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗜 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗞𝗹𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲? - Talk in a members-only chat room - Run for a leadership role - Donate to your Klique to help it grow - Customise the Klique (Presidents only) - Display your Klique emblem on your profile - Klique leadership can host events and distribute prizes using Klique funds With more features coming soon, such as Klique Boutiques, Klique Competitions, and more! 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗞𝗹𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀? - Each Klique must hold monthly elections where any member can run for a leadership role - Election votes are submitted by ranking your top 4 preferences - The member with the most votes will become the President - The next 3-7 (depending on member count) with the most votes will become Chancellors 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗱𝗼? - To ensure Kliques are run fairly, power will be separated between Presidents and Chancellors. - Presidents can attempt to distribute klique funds, kick members, accept new members etc, but will require a majority acceptance vote from Chancellors - This is to prevent one user from having absolute power over a Klique, and promote a democratic community! - Chancellor votes are not needed if the Klique has less than 10 members. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗱𝗼 𝗞𝗹𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁? - Kliques cost 200 Koinz / month to keep up! - Collect donations from your members to ensure your klique thrives We plan on adding more features to Kliques, and we're so excited to see the communities that flourish from this brand new feature!
