because that shop is for the person who owns it to gift people they want, not for the public

RadicalFairy the actual message is originally for like the public shop owners, bc as a public shop owner u cant buy from ur own shop (basically the opposite of the gifting shop), so he prob just reused the message for the gifting shop.
