It’s so awkward
Talking to some of my friends about trips I’m taking and time off I have because my job gives me 30 days pto plus 20 holidays a year and then they’ll be like yeah I have 10 days to use and I save them to take off Christmas through new years like diva quit that job omg

If they live in America... it's very hard to find corporate jobs that allows for this flexibility, plus quitting is out of the question with such a tough job market. Shit's hard out here!
itsamodernlife oh I know lol I’m American. I’m lucky I’ve been in a role that has good benefits but some of my friends have been at the same job for 5+ years and get basically nothing
