I understand the frustration from shop owners

It feels like there is a simple answer that is fair across the board, give every shop owner equal stock and reset the stock value in the next week but that isn't being done and people are left feeling like they spent money for what? So other shop owners automatically make more money and get to gift more friends or people. *Edit and I know money is supposed to be removed from the shop with extra stock, but how can we confirm that happens? We've seen how raffles have went in the past
