Fall under DO NOT INTENTIONALLY THROW RACE? Because I'm annoyed as fuck that I have joined two races today, gotten goomybear as my partner both times, and gotten 10th both times because he absolutely refuses to use transportation ever.

Goomybear you didn't score WELL either time either, because if you did, we would have stayed. And why not? you have no idea what challenges will be next. So it sounds like you are intentionally getting 10th because you don't even want to try. Don't join partner games if that's your attitude.
Cherry Strategically I would rather save my money so I have a shot to carry a partner who can't score well in comps deeper into the game. I can't do that without money. There was more chance someone didn't play or flopped worse than us both times. It was a risk I was willing to take.
