He asks the Red Team to name the 2 chefs they've nominated for elimination - Red Team Nominates Tisha for having a poor performance during the Signature Dish challenge, and being an overall weaker chef - Red Team Nominates dino for having a poor performance during the Signature Dish challenge, and making mistakes during the first dinner service Gordon Ramsay tells both Tisha and dino to step before him, and gives each chef a moment to state why they should stay in hells kitchen - dino says they will not fail again during the next dinner service Tisha says they are very overwhelmed but never quit once He takes a moment, and then makes his decision - Gordon: "Tisha, please hand me your jacket.
