but i just have been so anxious lately and feeling really like unappreciated in so many different parts of my life and today was just a really, really bad day for me. today was definitely the worst one i've had in a while and is probably the worst one i've had since i started mood stabilizers like two months ago
at least my wife and cat are beautiful and lovely. tomorrow will be better.
