I've also been off of SSRIS
For like 4 weeks and since I stopped I've gotten stuck in a doom spiral of making bigger and bigger mistakes that are currently ruining my life, like there's no limit to how bad that can get right now. So I'm going on an SNRI
This is not about what anyone else should or should not do with their medication

Remind yourself that mistakes are part of the human experience :) my biggest piece of advice is to give yourself the same compassion that you would give to your friend when they make a mistake because we all make them and it’s okay ❤️ hugs you so tight
