Free! Royale Experience You Didn’t Ask For

*Update after a quick reflection* Never again (okay maybe a couple more times). Wished I got to explore more but I kept getting bashed by someone to the point where I just said fuck it. If I am going to be stuck here, do something. I like the concept of Royale. It has layers besides facing people 1 v 1. It was nice to be selected to play and ty so much Wheel Gods for selecting me. With that being said, if this game relies mostly on comps (which don't know if that is the full basis since I did not get to explore the full game since it was a testing phase which is perfectly understandable), then I do hope we can get a game that is more longer social base (besides Outcasted and technically Celebrities but that is rare occasions) because I cannot commit to playing 100 hours training in these mini games like they mean something to me. There are social elements (which I tried to be social but some people don't understand that) to this, but the first part of the game was everyone yelling at Sin that they don't know what to do and he was trying to calm us down like a SINgle mom who works two jobs. I can see Royale being about 60 (Comps) / 40 (Social) based on what I experience. I was able to attack my opponent with an arrow that I got from a pop-up but that was -5 health (between 1-5) and a comp win is -30 health. There are probably other items that do more damage and hopefully as the game progresses and more people are out they can share their experiences (in a constructive way too) to help shape how the game is overall to help people decide how they want to tackle it since I truly believe that this site needs to have a variety of game styles so you can find that one style that you can do well at, because having the similar style (mostly comps) being dominated by the same people can be rather frustrating and makes playing games not fun (thank goodness for Bingo). Hopefully there are instructions on how the elements work because if not, half of the game will be people yelling in regards on how does this work which for the test run understandable but it will be annoying moving forward for all parties. Did I have fun? Sure Did I find love? No? Will I play again? Probably for thrill and meal voucher tickets Thank you Sin for what you did so far, hopefully it gets fleshed out more and looking forward to seeing more people get to experience the game and hearing their stories. If the mechanics are played right I think it can be a flexible game for all...hopefully. I just don't want it to be another comp beast style unless there is an item where I can pick the comp and select Deal every time.
