Honestly this might be my controversial take ...
but I do believe the term " bitter jury " is not a real thing and It's just people use as an excuse as to why they lost the game due to their own actions.

i will say some people do abuse the term when they lose but it definitely exists. it’s just not the same term that is thrown around.
i think when juries are bitter, it's for a reason. people say "bitter jury" as if that means 'bad jury' but it doesn't
