Dana Walden Mother of Glee

is up for CEO at The Walt Disney Company. I would personally love if Disney was run by a fierce, blonde woman who gave us Glee and made Gen Z gay. She currently runs TV/Streaming at Disney. I've been watching her do press to lobby for the position and she's impressive. The other contender is Josh D'Amaro who is head of the parks division. He's interested to me because I fully believed he was a gay man until PR started for the CEO spot began and I found out he has a wife and kids? I'd be happy with him taking over because it would likely bring good investment into the parks (Disney's most profitable vertical) and with that, investment in original ideas. The Disney Parks and hotels are becoming glorified carnivals with Disney character stickers slapped on. Whatever happened to innovative, new ideas like Haunted Mansion, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Tower of Terror, Soarin', and more? I don't need a million rides recreating movies or trying to be flop sequels to movies. I was so excited for the Splash Mountain refurb, but what they did with it is just lame. Tiana deserves better!
