On how to stop smoking? I’ve been a smoker for 2 or 3 years (I’m 25) and it’s been hard to quit If you’ve quit, how did you do it? What helped you?

For vaping I just stopped cold turkey and experienced the worst physical and mental withdrawals imaginable for like a month
