washing it daily might be what is drying it out tbh. You should try every other!
Cherry Yeah I've been told that washing frequently it makes it drier. I pair my shampoo use with a daily volume conditioner. I do have to shower every day though. I get sweaty from kickboxing. And my hair has been falling out. (stress and vitamin deficiency) Favorite shampoo/conditioner? Mine is Tresemme right now haha
goodvibesgal you could try a shower without washing your hair, just let it get a little wet from the water falling if your scalp was sweaty too and needed it. There's also cleansing conditioners which are good, it's less harsh than doing shampoo. There's a good one at Trader Joe actually. I usually only do a full wash with shampoo once a week, and then cleansing conditioner the rest of the time.
