Be careful! I got mine out and had an infection and ended up in hospital. I loft feeling of my hands and feet and collapsed in the shower! CLEAN constantly mouth wash on the area please don’t let what happened to me happen to you it was awful

diamonds you have to eat because that’s what caused me to collapse - I got so scared I stopped eating and then I lost all the important things I needed. They basically said I starved myself pretty much. You need to drink them Huel drinks or whatever the alternative is there. Huel saved my life.
