please try meditation. like, i’ve been doing it this past week and i feel so much lighter, more connected to myself again and overall stronger mentally. even if it seems like it isn’t your thing.. give it a chance. i was the same way until i tried it and i’m SOLD. give yourself the time to fully focus on you, relax and release whatever is holding you back from happiness. i’ve also slept a lot better with barely any nightmares anymore, because i meditate before i sleep. GIVE IT A CHANCE!
