There is no perfect solution Bullying can be see differently dependant of what interpretation the person does. Mods are humans I agree some bullies are suppose to be banned for long time and are still free but it's matter of time they will get banned anyways Impartiality 100% doesnt exist even irl lets face it. Its a website and I do believe they do their best somehow. The goal here is to have fun.
