What we need to do about moderation and bullying is that when the ceiling is wrong like what Kemi said to Nena because if the rules are the floor then the vibes are the walls and everyone keeps acting like the door was already open when actually someone locked it from the inside. And I’m not saying Nena is the algorithm but when Kemi pressed send it was kind of like when the toaster is on but nobody put bread in so now the smoke alarm is the community guidelines. People keep blogging like “this isn’t about them” but it literally is about them because the post was about the post which was about the comment which was about Nena. So what would you do if when the moderation said be kind would go and Kemi said it anyway and now the ceiling fan is spinning but only over one person. Sin
