I have time blindness
Even though I have a phone in my pocket that can tell me what time it is, I can get directions on my phone that will tell me when I get there so I don't actually have to have any sense of time to be on time for things I'm expected to go to
For the record I do think time blindness is real, but there are so many workarounds that I won't accept it as an explanation when someone is constantly late

yeah it’s not an excuse, people do struggle with it tho like myself. but it’s important tho to find methods that work for you to help prevent it as everyone is different because it is a real concern; whether that’s through therapy, medication, setting strict schedules, or limiting phone use, etc
