Has anyone ever
gotten promoted out of a department at an office and then it became very apparent that you were the only reason the team functioned to begin with? I am witnessing it in real time in the last couple months and it's scary!!!

Yes, well one time I left a job and withing two weeks everyone either left or was fired because nobody knew what to do
