It sucks living in southern United States
One of the major hospitals in Tennessee has stopped providing gender-affirming surgeries for the rest of the year, cutting off access to care entirely. I didn’t realize my surgeon was being forced out rather than leaving by choice, and that realization has been heavy.
I still have unfinished medical care, including complications from my vaginoplasty that were caused by my ex, and now I don’t even know if my surgeon will be able to address them. The possibility of having to start over with someone new, potentially in another state, is overwhelming and honestly scary.

Sorry queen the conservatives are so demonic to y'all. here if you need someone to vent to or if there's any way I can help from colorado ❤️
I’m really sorry to hear about this. It’s tough being LGBT in the south dude. I grew up trans in virginia. I seriously hope you’re able to travel to a new hospital to fix your complications!! Here in Chicago there are tons of opportunities. Much easier than Tennessee. Honey if there’s a will there’s a way!!
