As a diabetic
It’s absolutely crazy to look on my pharmacy and see how much I would be paying for my ability to live if I didn’t have decent insurance through my job. For reference 1 bottle of insulin WITHOUT insurance would cost me $300 EACH, meanwhile I pay $30 for 10 bottles In my prescription. And that doesn’t even cover the insulin pump, blood sugar sensor, & supplies. I would be paying tens of thousands of dollars just to be able to live a decent life. WELCOME TO AMERICA 😭

DakotaMagic I’m also spending hours at a time like every other month dealing with insurance issues. Like some medication is fine and then all of a sudden a refill has an insurance issue. It’s so frustrating.
