one thing i learned is that

insecure people will always reflect their behaviours onto you. they’re big pick me’s? they gonna tell you that you’re a pick me. they’re being crazy? they gonna tell you you’re crazy. they’re being rude, controlling, toxic or whatever? they gonna try n make you believe it’s you and not them. when confronted with said behaviour, they’ll still try to gaslight u into saying you’re turning it back around on them or that everything is in your head and ur overthinking. ladies n gentleman, it’s very important that you RUNNNN as far away as possible from these people, they’ll suck the energy out of you and drain you so they can feel powerful.
