Would you rather
Live cheaper farther from work or more expensive closer to. Both are within budget but also the one farther and cheaper is slightly smaller while the closer one is bigger but have the same room and bathroom count

Closer if both are in budget a long commute will drain you and also put you at a social disadvantage assuming it's farther from a city/town
chose the first option and i regret it... i dread going to work bc of the traffic every morning and afternoon
