Klique Rework Suggestions

- limited chancellor involvement. President should be able to approve members and start battles independently. Chancellor approval should be reserved for more polarizing decisions like kicking members and allocating funds. It’s time consuming and annoying to need chancellor approval for so many tasks. Plus there’s the mandated monthly elections so if you don’t like the presidents choices, you don’t have to re-elect them. - klique battles have an option to require everyone who wants to participate to bid in for entry (ex: 10/15 people in your klique want to do the battle and each of them have to pay at least 200 to join it) - site-wide klique battles. I suggested this before but basically klique wars to see which klique can rack up the most points. players cannot play for more than 1 klique - An option for people to choose their main klique. On the profile page that klique will have the biggest logo and the others will be below it and have smaller icons. Not necessary at all but I think I would be cute cuz half the site is in like 5 kliques now sin
