I got 2 wins 2 runner ups and I played practically the same all 4 times and lost 4-3 when I did lose I fear there’s little to predict it

There is jury management to consider..... Russel clearly was one of the best game players who never won but couldn't manage a jury to save his life. Clearly you have had some bitter juries but you have to manage those vote outs differently it seems. I have won all 4 of my finals and I feel like I played aggressive games every time, but also in a way that the jury appreciated I guess.
