the Moderation account top blog and have absolutely zero intention to so forgive me if this isn’t the plan
but there is no world where any sane, rational outsider would ever be a moderator on this site. there are users on this site with more mental health diagnoses than dollars in their bank account - so they’re making the vibe immensely worse *and* not buying koinz to pay the salary someone would need to step into this world. i think probably if we go search “bipolar grwm” on tik tok we can find some suitable candidates but otherwise its not happening

Well yes I'm not walking up to a random woman on the street and asking her to moderate Kovaze.com. I have been chronically online for an embarrassingly long amount of time to know people that would be willing to do it, either because I've helped them out with something in the past, or to have it on their resume as volunteer work. We also don't need 9 moderators! Most of the time moderators spent dealing with two feuding individuals that would report each other back and forth, and I think advancements to the block feature would help with that immensely. Sin oh to be clear this wasn’t a slander/anti-external moderation job. was more of an indictment on the users here and how they would and probably will instantly scare off any external person. i’ve seen legitimate job postings for like ~discord community manager~ roles in larger internet communities so i wasn’t sure if that was the route you were going! 90% of my posts should not be taken seriously
