I will reveal something weird about myself / something weird that I do (there is plenty to work with 😂). 25 - I do an ab workout to Smosh Reads Reddit Stories every single day 50 - I recite a whole goodbye monologue to my dog about how much I love her when I leave the house. And if I have already left and locked the door behind me... I WILL go back, even if it means missing my streetcar (this has happened several times now). 75 - I have to do things in a multiple of 4. It used to be a lot worse. But like when I kiss my husband goodbye. There are 4 kisses, or it has to be divisible by 4. Otherwise I feel ... off? 100 - The only exception to #75 is that I need the volume to be at a multiple of 5. I feel even better when it is a multiple of 10. But I can absolutely survive with a multiple of 5! 125 - I have a scar on my nose (I like it, it is distinctive). But I have gotten so bored of telling people that I bumped into a heater when I was a baby... so I just make up new and more exciting stories to people who I will likely never see again 🤭 150 - I do a vocal warmup everyday... that's not the weird part. My choice of vocal warmup? My voice note from a lesson with my voice coach back in theatre school from Fabruary 28th, 2020... and I constantly have to skip past our conversation about how covid is a hoax and that the world is not gonna shut down. How silly we were 😂 175 - Everytime my husband walks in the door from work I make a loud Chewbacca noise of love. I have done this for 9 years now. You would think he'd tire of it by now. But if I don't, he will think something is wrong 🤷‍♂️

Glad to know the monologues are a normal thing. I do it when I’m still home but doing yard work/anything not involving the same room. Mainly because my pup likes to chew everything in sight and I feel like giving her a one on one baby talk lecture will prevent this from happening. It doesn’t.

koolness234 haha I am tentative to use that diagnosis because people with life altering symptoms get angry at me 😬

The goodbye monologue isn’t weird it just makes sense. I do it to my cat because I don’t want her to think she’s not wanted

katheryn agreed!! I make sure to say the same things to my dog everytime i leave the house so he can sleep in peace and not be running around anxious <33
