#Events People complained because of the time you all tried hosting a private race for your friends honey. I was on that call while yall said this is so unfair they’re calling us out and I said “but they’re literally calling you out for something you did lol like they’re right….” You can say you wanted this all out of the goodness of your heart but what I saw was just not that.

I plussed just so you wouldn't yell at me for negging you because I disagree. I think there is a difference between how ONE situation was handled vs. how an entire team was ran. Yes, mistakes happen like all the time in any organization / job / website ever. I do agree that it takes time to replenish trust when it is broken, but dismantling systems because of a mistake doesn't help anyone. I disagree with you that you think people on that team were just doing it to be unfair and give their friends advantages. I can only speak for myself and my own feelings but from conversations I had with the others on the team (and still do today), I genuinely believe everyone wanted to create exciting content that was fair for all.

DK and I didn’t say it was just for peoples friends I said if it WERE for everybody then it would have been for everybody.
but to be fair - they were testing a concept that they 1000% would have replicated for the general users but everyone spazzed out for NO reason - that was blown way out of proportion because people were bitter they were literally going to run MULTIPLE instances of that if it worked. They were testing it with trusted users which makes sense? idk
